RETURN POLICY
Defective product? We will take a product back within 30 days for a full refund.
Just ship it back to us and if we see that the return is a result of our error (defective item) we will refund your shipping costs!
We will only take custom printed products back only due to production flaws.
Please double check your proof & online order form before placing your order as it will be printed with the requested racing number, colors, spelling and logos that ison the order. There cannot be any changes once the order is in production.
You will be refunded fully within 10 business days of shipping the product back to EZ Designs. The time period will include the transit time of when we receive the defective product from you, the time it takes us to process the return once received, and the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process our refund request.
